Our Payroll cycle;

  • Set up – we create employees into our payroll
  • Data input- by a pre-agreed date we receive variable pay data and update the payroll. This may include hours or days worked, bonuses, advances, salary changes, etc.
  • Draft payroll report- by an agreed date we process the payroll and send the client a draft payroll report for client approval
  • Invoicing- we send invoices to the client requesting funds
  • Pay salaries- pay the staff by the agreed date
  • Pay statutory contributions by the date set by law
  • Submit evidence of all payments to clients
