S4D Consulting LLC is an innovation and technology consulting company delivering practical Artificial Intelligence, data and digital transformation solutions across Africa. We are supporting Rwanda Medical Supply (RMS) to build an AI-powered Demand Planning and Market Intelligence Platform that strengthens forecasting, procurement and supply chain decision-making. 

We are seeking a skilled, innovative and self-motivated Web Application Developer to join our growing team.

Key Deliverables

  • Develop AI Demand Planning and Market Intelligence web application from approved UI designs.
  • Build responsive dashboards, alerts, reporting interfaces and interactive data visualizations.
  • Integrate REST APIs and AI/ML model endpoints into the application.
  • Implement authentication, role-based access control and security best practices.
  • Deploy and maintain the application across cloud, on-premises or hybrid environments.
  • Configure CI/CD pipelines, monitoring and application performance.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineers, ML Engineers and project stakeholders.
  • Support UAT, technical documentation and knowledge transfer.

Essential Qualities

Essential Qualities
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years' professional experience in web application development.
  • Strong experience with React, Angular or Vue.
  • Experience integrating REST APIs and developing data-driven applications.
  • Experience with CI/CD, containerization and application deployment.
  • Knowledge of authentication, RBAC, responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
