Warehouse Specialist

1. Manage end-to-end warehouse material operations, including receiving, storage, regular inventory checks, and outbound order preparation to ensure accurate stock records and smooth material flow.

2. Own warehouse safety management: enforce company safety protocols, conduct routine hazard inspections, and resolve safety issues promptly to maintain a compliant, low-risk working environment for all staff.

3. Implement and sustain 5S warehouse standards to keep the facility organized, clean, and optimized for operational productivity.

4. Assist the Warehouse Supervisor with daily operational tasks, including shift coordination, cross-team communication with purchasing, logistics and sales departments, and preparation of routine operation reports.
