Job Description

 Manage the warehousing and shipping activities of the bank's assets, ensuring consistency between physical stock and the system, as well as proper storage and labeling. Support project logistics operations from planning to delivery, and coordinate with partners to guarantee the receipt, release, and traceability of movements, in accordance with current procedures.

Key Deliverables

 Ensure effective contractual governance with warehouse management agencies and all partners, ensuring compliance with SLAs and KPIs associated with their services; * Draft, update, and ensure the application of policies and procedures, in accordance with internal standards and Group requirements; * Lead and supervise warehouse and unit audits to ensure inventory compliance, reliable stock management, and the integrity of company assets: * Ensure rigorous stock monitoring to prevent obsolescence and dormant stock, and optimize stock turnover * Guarantee transparency and optimal administrative management of stock in warehouses and stores * Continuously monitor stock levels, anticipate replenishment needs, and ensure efficient management * Ensure systematic and reliable entry of stock movements into the ERP system to guarantee consistency between physical and system stock * Supervise the processing and validation of invoices from logistics providers (warehouses, carriers) in accordance with internal procedures * Provide prompt, reliable, and structured responses to various internal and external requests * Ensure Close and ongoing coordination between internal clients and partners/contractors * Approve invoices and payments related to logistics activities, with a high level of rigor and control * Regularly review and analyze warehouse operations performance in collaboration with the inventory controller * Ensure strict adherence to standards, procedures, and best practices in warehouse and inventory management * Update logistics tracking tools and reports after each key stage of the process * Develop and produce periodic reports (monthly and ad hoc) on logistics KPIs: lead times, costs, customs performance, and compliance rates * Continuously monitor and analyze costs related to logistics activities and identify optimization opportunities * Supervise the preparation, verification, and archiving of logistics and administrative documents Develop and manage initiatives for the digitalization and automation of logistics processes,Ensure overall governance of the unit in alignment with the * Group's standards and regulatory requirements.

Professional Qualifications

Industry Qualification
Warehousing And Storage Hold at least a Bac+5 level diploma in Economics or another related field; Candidates must have at least five years of experience in inventory management, warehouses and customs clearance, preferably in a bank or multinational company;
