We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Travel Consultant to join our Nairobi-based team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, selling, and coordinating custom travel itineraries. You’ll interact with both local and international clients, manage bookings with suppliers, and play a key role in delivering world-class service and experiences.

- Design, price, and coordinate tailor-made travel itineraries for individual and group clients
- Respond promptly to client enquiries via email, phone, or in person'
- Provide accurate and up-to-date travel information and recommendations
- Liaise with accommodation providers, airlines, guides, and other partners
- Manage bookings, reservations, and amendments
- Assist with pre-departure preparations, including visas, vaccinations, packing lists, etc.
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the entire client journey
- Maintain detailed records of all interactions and transactions
- Stay updated on travel trends, safety updates, and emerging destinations
Professional Qualifications

| Travels And Tours | Minimum 2 years’ experience in the travel industry (safari or luxury travel preferred) Strong knowledge of Kenyan and East African travel destinations Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with travel CRM systems High attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple client itineraries simultaneously Customer-first attitude with a passion for creating unforgettable experiences |
