- We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Trainer with a strong background in sales to support the continuous development of our sales agents and employees.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering effective training programs, improving staff performance, and ensuring that all team members understand and follow company standards.

- Train newly recruited sales agents on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company processes.
- Conduct refresher trainings for existing staff across various departments.
- Develop, update, and implement training materials and manuals.
- Evaluate staff performance during and after training sessions.
- Identify skill gaps and recommend improvement strategies.
- Work closely with HR and Sales Managers to support onboarding and continuous learning.
