Key Deliverables

  • Drive store sales and achieve monthly turnover targets
  • Lead, coach, and motivate your team to deliver outstanding customer service
  • Ensure excellent visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines
  • Manage stock control, shrinkage, and inventory processes
  • Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing procedures
  • Analyse sales reports and implement action plans to improve performance
  • Train and develop staff in line with company standards
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and labour legislation
  • Build strong customer relationships to drive repeat business

Professional Qualifications

Industry Qualification
Warehousing And Storage Grade 12 / Matric preferred Relevant retail qualification (advantageous) Must be computer literate; email & basic Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and comfortable using retail systems (POS) 3–5 years’ experience in a retail supervisory or store management role Proven track record in achieving sales targets Strong leadership and people management skills Experience with stock management and retail systems Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
