Our client, a reputable industrial factory in Greece, is seeking two experienced TIG Welders to join their production team.

Key Deliverables

  • Perform TIG welding tasks in a factory environment. 
  • Read and follow technical instructions and welding specifications. 
  • Ensure highquality welds that meet safety and production standards. 
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and work area in proper working condition. 
  • Provide video proof demonstrating TIG welding skills. 

Essential Qualities

Essential Qualities
  • Men aged 23–40 years (as per client requirement). 
  • Minimum 2 years of professional TIG welding experience. 
  • Valid welding skills certificate. 
  • Ability to provide a video demonstrating TIG welding competency. 
  • Financially ready to cover the relocation cost. 
  • Valid passport and clean criminal record. 


Special Benefits for this Position

  • Earn €800 net per month (Approx. 120,000 KES) for a schedule of 5 days per week, 8 hours per day. 
  • Opportunity for up to 8 hours of paid overtime per week, potentially earning up to €180 (Approx. 27,000 KES) extra monthly. 
  • Free fully furnished accommodation near the workplace, shared with 1–2 Kenyan colleagues (electricity & water included). 
  • Free public health insurance under the Greek state system. 
  • 1year renewable employment contract with freedom to renew with the same employer or sign with another. 
  • No time limit on future contracts, enabling long term work and residence in Greece.
