TENDER ANNOUNCEMENT FOR THE SUPPLY OF CHICKEN AND THEIR BREEDING EQUIPMENT NEEDED BY THE NDASHOBOYE-NTARAMA GROUP 

WHO WE ARE:

Girls Initiative (IGI) Advice

The Girls Initiative (IGI) is a Rwandan non-profit organization that educates women about their reproductive health, self-development, and advocacy. We encourage girls to stay in school to prevent teenage pregnancies, to learn about their bodies, to encourage young women to return to school, and to help them attend vocational training to advance their careers. We encourage women to create small businesses that generate income and to take care of their children's education.

Woman to Woman (WTF)

Kvinna Till Kvinna is a Swedish non-profit organization that supports women living in conflict-affected areas by empowering them and enabling them to participate in decision-making.

The leadership of the Impanuro Girls Initiative (IGI) through the "HINGA UBUKUNGU" project implemented in partnership with Kvinna Till Kvinna (KTK) wishes to tender for the supply of chickens and equipment for their breeding for the Ndashoyane-Ntarama group, which works with this organization in order to promote girls and women in business.

WHAT WE WILL NEED AND THEIR QUANTITY 

All interested bidders are requested to submit the following original bid documents. Photocopies and scanned documents are not acceptable and will not be accepted.

1. Letter of request for tender addressed to the Director of the Girls Initiative (IGI) 
2. Proforma showing the prices of the above mentioned materials
3. Having a TIN number from RRA and TVA
4. Having a document proving that he/she has no debts to RRA and RSSB
5. Having a stamp duty and issuing an EBM invoice
6. 3 local certificates of completion of the work within the last year
7. Show a sample of what you are bidding on. 
8. Having a business register issued by the RDB Business Register shows that the entrepreneur is already engaged in these activities and is bidding.
9. A photocopy of the company's ID card or a legally recognized replacement ID card. Only a photocopy of the ID card is acceptable, other documents must be originals
