| Finance, Accounting And Assurance Services | Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. Excellent communication & interpersonal skills with a professional phone presence. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Basic knowledge of debt collection processes & customer service principles. High attention to detail & accuracy in record-keeping. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Prior experience in customer service, call center, or debt collections is an added advantage. |
