Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and technically-minded Marketing Executive to drive the specification of our premium roof insulation products. Your primary mission is to engage with key decision-makers in the construction industry—including Architects, Structural Engineers, Quantity Surveyors (QS), and Project Consultants—to ensure our products are written into their project blueprints and tender documents.

Key Deliverables

Specification Sales: Conduct technical presentations and "Lunch & Learn" sessions for architectural firms and engineering consultancies to demonstrate the value and performance of our insulation solutions.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain a "specification pipeline" by nurturing long-term relationships with consultants and key influencers in the construction sector.

Technical Advisory: Act as a subject matter expert, assisting architects and engineers with U-value calculations, thermal performance queries, and compliance with building regulations.

Project Tracking: Monitor upcoming construction projects and tenders to identify opportunities for product integration at the early design stage.

Market Intelligence: Provide feedback on competitor activity, pricing trends, and new regulatory requirements within the insulation and energy-efficiency market.

 

Professional Qualifications

Industry Qualification
Construction / Building & Civil Engineering Degree in Marketing, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

Industry Knowledge: Proven experience in the construction or building materials sector (knowledge of roofing or insulation is a significant advantage).

Network: An existing network of contacts among Architects, QS, or Structural Engineers is highly desirable.

Communication: Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to translate technical data into compelling value propositions.

Sales Strategy: Understanding of the "Specification to Installation" cycle (how a product moves from a blueprint to a site purchase).
