Job Description

  • Our client is seeking an experienced and results-driven Team Lead – Commercials to lead the commercial team in driving business growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and managing key client relationships.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a high-performing team, identifying new business opportunities, achieving revenue targets, and ensuring exceptional customer service while supporting the company's commercial objectives.

Key Deliverables

  • Develop and implement effective sales and business development strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities while expanding the company's client portfolio.
  • Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
  • Lead, supervise, and motivate the commercial/sales team to achieve departmental and organizational objectives.
  • Monitor team performance through established KPIs and ensure the achievement of sales and revenue targets.
  • Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client requirements.
  • Lead contract negotiations and successfully close commercial deals.
  • Collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and high customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and commercial performance reports for management.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for business expansion.
  • Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback to team members to drive continuous improvement.

Essential Qualities

Essential Qualities
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Banking or financial services experience will be an added advantage.
  • Must have 2–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or commercial management.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to motivate and manage high-performing teams.
  • Strong business development, negotiation, and commercial acumen.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
