Key Deliverables

Reporting to Management, you will oversee all physical and information flows, from procurement to the delivery of finished products:Define and deploy the plant's Supply Chain strategy
; ensure the supply of raw materials and inputs
; oversee inventory management, warehouses, and logistics flows;
implement effective planning tools (production, supply, forecasting);
manage the S&OP process and guarantee consistency between production and demand
; optimize costs, lead times, and inventory levels;
ensure compliance with quality, safety, and food hygiene standards;
monitor performance indicators and implement continuous improvement actions;
participate in process transformation and optimization projects

Professional Qualifications

Industry Qualification
Procurement, Logistics , Supply Chain Management Master's degree (engineering or business school) in Supply Chain / Logistics; Minimum 8-10 years of experience in a similar role; Experience in an industrial environment, ideally in the food industry; Experience in a multinational or large group environment preferred ; Proficiency in ERP systems and Excel (advanced level required); Knowledge of S&OP and planning processes; Strong analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills ; Proficiency in continuous improvement tools (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.); Ability to manage complex and demanding environments
