Job Summary

• The Eatery Manager will be responsible for supervising daily operations, managing staff, ensuring food quality standards, controlling costs, and driving sales performance.
• The ideal candidate must be organized, proactive, and experienced in managing a busy food business.

• Oversee daily eatery operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
• Supervise kitchen staff, servers, and support team members
• Ensure high standards of food quality, taste, presentation, and hygiene
• Monitor portion control and reduce food wastage

• Prepare daily and weekly operational reports for management
