• Ensure excellent customer service
• Design Spa procedure manual and ensure strict adherence by alL Spa team members
• Provide Consultation services to clients
• Train all staff members on new products and treatmets
• Suggest Value-added services to management to maximize sales
• Demonstrate indepth knowlege of in-store retail products/brands
• Oversee the operation and maintainance of all Spa facilities and equipment
