Role Objectives
- The Social Media Marketer role is to increase Bankyloolas' digital presence and foster meaningful engagement across social media platforms.
- This role is responsible for executing content strategies, managing online communities, running integrated campaigns, handling customer feedback, and administering loyalty programs — transforming digital engagement into measurable customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction.

- Design and implement a results-driven social media strategy in alignment with company goals.
- Create platform-specific content (posts, stories, reels, videos) for Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.
- Engage audiences by responding to messages, comments, and reviews promptly and professionally.
- Cultivate vibrant online communities and encourage advocacy among followers.
- Maintain proactive and personalized communication with customers across channels.
- Plan and execute integrated digital campaigns that leverage both social media and CRM data to drive growth.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance for both acquisition and retention.
- Implement and manage customer loyalty programs in accordance with the Bankyloolas Customer Loyalty Policy.
- Track program engagement, reward redemptions, and overall effectiveness.
- Analyze findings to recommend improvements to customer experience and content quality.
