The Job
As the Senior Operations Coordinator, you are responsible for the end-to-end operational coordination for Rwanda and Burundi, including inland transportation, customer service, documentation, vendor management and shipment execution while supporting commercial growth. You will ensure efficient operational execution, outstanding customer experience and development of inland logistics capabilities in Rwanda and Burundi.

Operational Execution
- Coordinate end-to-end shipment execution.
- Monitor shipment milestones and resolve operational issues.
- Ensure compliance with client procedures.
Customer Service
- Act as operational contact for customers.
- Manage enquiries and escalations.
- Provide proactive shipment updates.
Inland Logistics
- Coordinate carrier haulage and inland transport.
- Manage transport providers.
- Support cross-border cargo movements.
Documentation & Compliance
- Coordinate shipping documentation and cargo release.
- Ensure customs and regulatory compliance.
Vendor Management
- Monitor vendor KPIs and service levels.
- Drive continuous operational improvement.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, Finance, Customer Service and regional Operations teams.
