Key Deliverables

  • Develop and implement comprehensive security policies, procedures, and protocols.
  • Lead and supervise the security team to ensure effective daily operations.
  • Conduct risk assessments and recommend preventive measures.
  • Manage access control systems, CCTV monitoring, and surveillance activities.
  • Investigate security incidents and prepare detailed reports.
  • Liaise with law enforcement agencies and other relevant authorities.
  • Oversee emergency response planning and crisis management.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory security requirements.
  • Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.
  • Train and mentor security personnel to maintain high performance standards.

Professional Qualifications

Industry Qualification
Security & Protective Services Minimum of HND or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field. 7 - 10 years of security experience, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role. Military, police, or paramilitary background is an advantage. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in security systems and surveillance technology. Strong communication and report-writing skills. High integrity, discipline, and professionalism.
