Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and polished Salon Manager to oversee the setup, launch, and daily operations of a new mid-to-high-end salon in Lekki Phase 1 

• Oversee salon setup, equipment, suppliers, and pre-launch activities.
• Recruit, onboard, supervise, and manage salon staff.
• Develop and enforce salon policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Manage daily operations, inventory, attendance, and staff schedules.
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve client concerns professionally.
• Monitor sales, expenses, cash handling, and operational performance.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation.
• Support marketing activities, client engagement, and business growth.
