- Sales & Merchandising:
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Actively approach and engage customers, offering product knowledge on fabric, fit, and styling.
- Maintain an attractive, organized, and fully stocked sales floor, adhering to brand visual standards.
- Customer Service & Support:
- Handle all customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints via email, phone, and in-person, ensuring prompt and professional resolution.
- Process sales transactions (POS), returns, and exchanges accurately.
- Manage post-sale follow-up and build lasting customer relationships.
- Operations:
- Assist with inventory counts, receiving shipments, and tagging merchandise.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and security procedures.
