Key Deliverables

  • ​Sales & Merchandising:
    • ​Achieve daily and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
    • ​Actively approach and engage customers, offering product knowledge on fabric, fit, and styling.
    • ​Maintain an attractive, organized, and fully stocked sales floor, adhering to brand visual standards.
  • ​Customer Service & Support:
    • ​Handle all customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints via email, phone, and in-person, ensuring prompt and professional resolution.
    • ​Process sales transactions (POS), returns, and exchanges accurately.
    • ​Manage post-sale follow-up and build lasting customer relationships.
  • ​Operations:
    • ​Assist with inventory counts, receiving shipments, and tagging merchandise.
    • ​Ensure compliance with all company policies and security procedures.

Essential Qualities

Essential Qualities
  • ​Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or related field.
  • 2 - 5 years relevant work experience.
  • Proven experience in a retail sales or customer service role, preferably in fashion/apparel.
  • ​Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
  • ​Strong sales acumen with a results-driven attitude.
  • ​Proficiency with Point-of-Sale (POS) systems and basic computer applications.
  • ​Strong customer orientation

  • A genuine passion for fashion and current trends.
