Job Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Marketing position based in Kampala. The role involves identifying and engaging prospective clients, presenting services, and converting leads into long-term customers. Daily tasks include conducting sales meetings, following up on inquiries, maintaining client relationships, and supporting the implementation of marketing campaigns. The Sales Marketing professional will collaborate with internal teams to develop promotional materials, contribute to business development strategies, and provide feedback from the market to improve services. The role also includes preparing basic sales reports and participating in training sessions and outreach events.

  • Previous experience in sales, marketing, or business development is an advantage.
  • Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
