Zee Collections Company Limited is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead business growth initiatives for a liquor distribution company serving customers throughout Tanzania.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, strengthening customer relationships, expanding market reach, and implementing effective marketing strategies.

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify and secure new distributors, retailers, wholesalers, and corporate customers.
• Manage key customer accounts and maintain strong business relationships.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Lead promotional campaigns and brand visibility initiatives.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
• Manage and mentor sales representatives and field teams.
• Coordinate product launches, trade promotions, and marketing events.
