- Develop and implement sales strategies to grow the three-wheeler financing portfolio nationwide.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.
- Support the development of promotional campaigns and local marketing initiatives.
- Lead, train, and motivate regional and area sales teams to achieve performance targets.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and implement corrective or improvement plans where necessary.
- Monitor dealer satisfaction and address any operational or credit concerns promptly.
- Track and report sales performance, conversion rates, and market coverage by region and product.
- Work with the data and risk teams to enhance visibility into sales trends and customer repayment behavior.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, market analyses, and action plans to management.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, credit processes, and regulatory requirements.
- Work with cross-functional teams (Risk, Collections, and Operations) to maintain portfolio quality.
- Recommend process improvements to increase sales efficiency and customer satisfaction.
