The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and market share for Mogo’s three-wheeler (tuk-tuk) financing product. The role entails developing and executing sales strategies, leading regional sales teams, managing dealer partnerships, and ensuring sales targets are achieved while maintaining high-quality customer acquisition and portfolio performance.

Key Deliverables

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to grow the three-wheeler financing portfolio nationwide. 
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities. 
  • Support the development of promotional campaigns and local marketing initiatives. 
  • Lead, train, and motivate regional and area sales teams to achieve performance targets. 
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and implement corrective or improvement plans where necessary. 
  • Monitor dealer satisfaction and address any operational or credit concerns promptly. 
  • Track and report sales performance, conversion rates, and market coverage by region and product. 
  • Work with the data and risk teams to enhance visibility into sales trends and customer repayment behavior. 
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, market analyses, and action plans to management. 
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, credit processes, and regulatory requirements. 
  • Work with cross-functional teams (Risk, Collections, and Operations) to maintain portfolio quality. 
  • Recommend process improvements to increase sales efficiency and customer satisfaction.
