Job Description

The Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and converting potential clients into buyers of the company’s condominium apartments. The role supports the company in meeting its sales targets and strengthening its presence within the middle- and upper-market real estate segments.

Key Deliverables

The Sales Executive is expected to achieve targeted sales within assigned areas and ensure the conversion of qualified leads into successful sales. Key responsibilities include:

● Following up on and converting leads generated through social media, billboards, walk-ins, referrals, and other company platforms.

● Conducting client meetings, presentations, and guided project site visits to showcase available units.

● Developing and maintaining relationships with brokers, real estate agents, and partner companies to enhance lead generation.

● Preparing and submitting detailed sales reports, client follow-up updates, and market feedback.

● Maintaining accurate records of prospects, client interactions, and sales progress.

● Staying informed about market trends, competitor activities, and client preferences to support strategic decision-making.

● Representing the company professionally at all client engagements, events, and promotional activities.

Essential Qualities

● A Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.

● Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales

● Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

● High level of integrity and professionalism.

● Smart, presentable, and able to make a strong impression with clients.

● Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written.

● Strong negotiation, persuasion, and customer service abilities.

● Self-driven with the ability to work independently and with a team.
