Key Deliverables

  • Strategy Development: Formulate and execute comprehensive sales and marketing plans tailored to business objectives and target demographics. 
  • Lead Generation: Identify new market opportunities, analyze competitor activity, and build robust customer acquisition funnels. 
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor staff, setting measurable KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and quotas to drive high performance. 
  • Budget Management: Oversee departmental budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and track the ROI (Return on Investment) of promotional campaigns.

Essential Qualities

Essential Qualities
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ to 5+ years of proven experience in sales, business development, and marketing, often with previous supervisory experience with a strong field sales marketing experience
  • Core Skills: Strong business acumen, negotiation capabilities, and excellent data analysis
  • Status: must be married and know the Swahili language
