Haco Industries (Kenya) Limited is one of the region’s leading FMCG manufacturers, supplying a wide range of products to the entire East African and COMESA Markets. To support our growing business across Africa we are seeking seasoned professionals to fill the role of Regional Sales Representative.

Key Deliverables

  • Increase presence in trade through effective coverage and execution.
  • Recruit and onboard wholesalers to strengthen distribution networks.
  • Streamline and enhance route-to-market strategies for efficiency and reach.
  • Identify and develop new channels to expand market penetration.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesalers, retailers, and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure consistent engagement and support to drive loyalty and performance.
  • Deliver on agreed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform tactical interventions.

Bachelor'S Degree Business Development, Sales, Marketing and Retail

Essential Qualities

Essential Qualities
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in FMCG sales or trade marketing within South Sudan.
  • Proven ability to grow market share and manage distribution networks.

Language Skills:

  • Fluent in local languages and Arabic.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written (mandatory).
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • This role is open only to South Sudan nationals.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills and ability to use BI tools
