- The Global Recruitment Intern will be a member of our Global Recruitment Team. You will support the Operations sub-team. You will report to the Recruitment Senior Coordinator, and you will also collaboratively work with others on the global team.

- You will complete recurring tasks to keep our recruitment operations running with minimal errors.
- You will oversee the candidate screening and selection process from application to hire and provide excellent customer service to all candidates, and enjoy winning in the details.
- You will manage the candidate database using our Applicant Tracking System to track applications and analyze data to improve processes.
- Project/Process Improvements: In collaboration with your manager, you will support change and improvement strategies in our recruitment systems, utilizing data to achieve results.
