RDC_Coordinateur/ice Grants and Partnerships (H/F)_Goma
--Powermax General Electrical Merchants Ltd--
Job Description
The mission primarily operates in the sectors of food security and livelihoods (FSL), water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH), and multi-sectoral cash transfer assistance (direct cash or via vouchers). All our interventions incorporate a protection dimension, either across the board or through specific actions implemented with partners. Our programs cover both emergency response—particularly through rapid response mechanisms (SAFER) and so-called "second-line" interventions—and recovery and development activities in stabilized areas (AFD, SDC). This approach reflects the mission's strategy, which aims to maintain a strong emergency response capacity while developing sustainable solutions to the structural problems affecting the populations of eastern DRC.
The mission currently consists of a coordination unit and three operational bases: in North Kivu (Goma, with a sub-base in Beni), in Ituri (Bunia, with sub-bases in Mahagi and Drodro), and in South Kivu (Uvira, with an operational presence in Fizi).
