Key Deliverables

Quality Management & Compliance:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies, procedures, and standards across all operations.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal quality benchmarks.
  • Conduct regular audits, inspections, and reviews of processes to identify areas for improvement.

Process Improvement:

  • Analyze quality metrics and performance data to identify trends and root causes of issues.
  • Lead continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce defects or rework.
  • Collaborate with engineering, project management, procurement, and operations teams to integrate quality best practices.

Testing & Documentation:

  • Oversee or coordinate testing activities to verify product and service conformity.
  • Ensure accurate and complete documentation of quality checks, inspection results, corrective actions, and audit findings.
  • Maintain a Central Quality Records System for traceability and accountability.

Team Leadership:

  • Mentor and manage quality assurance staff, promoting a culture of precision and excellence.
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on quality standards, tools, and procedures.
  • Facilitate quality-related workshops, meetings, and briefings.

Client Support & Communication:

  • Work closely with clients to understand quality expectations and incorporate feedback.
  • Prepare and present quality reports for internal leadership and external stakeholders.
  • Address client concerns related to product or service quality in a prompt and professional manner.

Professional Qualifications

Industry Qualification
Quality Assurance, Product Management Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field (Professional certifications like ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or CQE are an advantage). Proven experience in quality assurance within engineering, construction, manufacturing, or similar technical industries. Strong understanding of quality management systems (QMS) and international standards. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities. Effective communication and people-management skills. Attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement.
