Key Deliverables

 Portfolio Planning & Management: Translate strategy into plans, budgets, indicators, and deliverables; * Coordinate the implementation of energy, climate, and environment projects; * Plan activities, resources, and timelines; * Monitor performance, manage risks, and propose adjustments; * Ensure consistency with institutional priorities. Project Development & Structuring: * Identify and structure projects in energy, climate, and natural resources; * Develop concept notes and analyze feasibility; * Structuring bankable projects and mobilizing funding; * Contributing to co-creation processes and field missions. Resource Mobilization & Proposals * Identifying funding opportunities; * Contributing to the development of technical proposals and budgets; * Ensuring technical, financial, and contractual consistency; * Participating in discussions and negotiations with partners. Coordination with the Bank * Integrating green financing solutions with banking teams; * Supporting the structuring of financial opportunities; * Clarifying the roles of the Foundation and the Bank. Implementation & Technical Supervision * Supervising the execution of activities and the quality of deliverables; * Coordinating experts, partners, and field teams; * Ensure alignment with environmental and social standards; * Ensure the relevance of field interventions. Climate, Environment & Carbon * Support conservation, restoration, and resilience projects; * Identify carbon opportunities and green finance mechanisms; * Monitor environmental and social risks; * Ensure alignment with national strategies and international standards. Monitoring, Evaluation & Reporting * Define indicators and monitoring systems with M&E; * Monitor results (energy, climate, socio-economic impacts); * Produce performance reports and capitalize on results; * Ensure data quality and traceability. Budgetary & Operational Management * Prepare and monitor project budgets; * Ensure compliance of expenditures and commitments; * Coordinate administrative, logistical and contractual aspects; * Support audits and reviews.

Professional Qualifications

Industry Qualification
Environmental Management, Environmental Engineering & Environmental Sciences Hold, at a minimum, a Bac+5 level diploma issued by an accredited higher education institution; Having obtained a Master's degree in energy, environment, climate, sustainable development, energy or environmental engineering, environmental economics, climate finance, natural resources or a related field; Have a minimum of 7 to 10 years of relevant professional experience in managing projects or programs related to energy, the environment, conservation, climate, sustainable development or green finance; Fluency in French and English, as well as at least one national language.
