Manage and oversee daily production activities within the aluminum cookware manufacturing plant.
Supervise factory employees and ensure adherence to production schedules and targets.
Monitor productivity, quality standards, and operational efficiency.
Coordinate production planning to meet customer and business requirements.
Prepare and maintain production reports using Microsoft Excel.
Identify and implement process improvements to reduce waste and enhance output.
Ensure compliance with workplace health, safety, and company policies.
Manage workforce performance and support employee development.
Liaise with management on production performance, challenges, and solutions.

Essential Qualities
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and production reporting. Experience supervising teams and managing factory operations. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Experience in factory management within a manufacturing company will be a significant advantage.

Net salary of USD 800 per month (take-home), depending on qualifications and experience.
Performance-based salary reviews up to USD 1,000 net per month.
