Procurement Officer - Infra Works at Tatu City Limited

Tatu is a project of Rendeavour, Africa’s largest urban land developer with over 30,000 acres of visionary projects in the growth trajectories of large cities in Kenya, Ghana, Nigeria, Zambia and Democratic Republic of Congo. Procurement Operations

• Support end-to-end procurement activities, including tendering, evaluation, negotiation, and contract administration.
• Assist in developing and maintaining procurement plans aligned with project timelines and budgets.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials and services to avoid operational delays.
• Prepare and issue RFQs, RFPs, and other procurement documentation.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure compliance with internal controls.

Supplier & Contract Management

• Identify, prequalify, and maintain an updated database of vendors and service providers.
• Support negotiations to secure competitive pricing and favorable contract terms.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure adherence to quality, safety, and delivery standards.
• Assist in managing contract variations, claims, and closeouts in collaboration with relevant teams.

Governance & Compliance

• Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Promote transparent, ethical, and auditable procurement practices.
• Track and report procurement performance metrics, including cost savings and supplier compliance.
