The Procurement Officer manages the end-to-end supply chain, serving as the bridge between internal technical departments and external vendors. You will be responsible for sourcing, vendor negotiation, and navigating the full Nigerian importation cycle to ensure operational continuity. This is a fast-paced, compliance-heavy role suited to someone who thrives under pressure and takes full ownership of their deliverables.

• Requisition Management: Validate internal PRs across all departments and track requests from initiation to delivery.
• Import. Documentation: Execute the full Form M and PAAR process via the Single Window Trade Portal.
• Strategic Sourcing: Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors for technical spares, PPE, and consumables.
• Compliance: Ensure all activities align with NCS, SON, and Oil & Gas regulatory standards.
• Reporting: Maintain a digital audit trail and provide weekly procurement dashboards to management.
