Job Description

We are looking to appoint a People Experience Intern on a 12-month contract to support the People Experience function with day-to-day HR operations and key projects.

Key Deliverables

  • Support the full recruitment process for operational roles

  • Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding

  • Provide support with employee benefits and general HR processes

  • Assist with audits and maintaining accurate employee records

  • Support People Experience projects, including the digitisation of employee filesV

Professional Qualifications

Industry Qualification
Human Resource Management A completed degree in Human Resources Management Good computer skills, particularly in MS Office (Excel, Word and Outlook) Previous HR experience will be advantageous but is not required Exposure to or experience with Workday will be advantageous Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills A willingness to learn and a genuine interest in building a career in People Experience / HR
