Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Partnership Manager to identify, build, and manage strategic business relationships that drive growth and market expansion.
• The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen, negotiation skills, and experience in partnership development within fast-paced environments.

• Identify and onboard business partners to support OPay’s expansion strategy.
• Develop and execute partnership plans that drive revenue, customer acquisition, and product adoption.
• Manage the full partnership lifecycle—from prospecting, negotiation, contracting to activation.
• Maintain strong relationships with key external partners and stakeholders.
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to deliver partnership initiatives.
• Track partnership performance and provide periodic business reports and insights.
• Conduct market and competitor research to uncover new partnership opportunities.
