Key Deliverables

  • Oversee and manage day-to-day store operations including production, sales, inventory, and logistics.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and product quality.
  • Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all staff.
  • Monitor food safety and hygiene standards in line with company and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage vendor relationships and monitor inventory to minimize waste and ensure consistent supply.
  • Support staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
  • Monitor sales trends, prepare performance reports, and suggest strategies for business growth.
  • Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently.
  • Ensure branding consistency in-store and across all customer touchpoints.
  • Coordinate promotional activities and support the marketing team with campaign execution.
  • Maintain clear communication with the business owner on business updates, risks, and opportunities.

Professional Qualifications

Industry Qualification
Administrative and Support Services Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Food Technology, Hospitality Management, or related field. Minimum of 2-4 years’ experience in operations management, preferably in a food service or retail environment. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Strong understanding of inventory, supply chain, and cost control. Experience with customer service and sales optimization. Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality control standards. Proficiency in MS Office and experience with basic business software or POS systems.
