Job Description
Twyford International Uganda is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations Specialist to support the day-to-day administration and operational functions of the Human Resources Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for attendance administration, leave management, onboarding, employee documentation, statutory data updates, and ensuring accurate HR records.
This role is critical in maintaining efficient HR operations and ensuring compliance with company policies and employment regulations.

Attendance Management
- Manage and monitor employee attendance records across the organization.
- Compile, verify, and prepare attendance reports for payroll processing and management review.
- Ensure accuracy and timely submission of attendance data.
- Conduct attendance management training and provide guidance to supervisors and employees on attendance procedures.
Leave Administration
- Maintain and update employee leave records and leave balances.
- Prepare and update monthly leave schedules and leave rosters.
- Review, verify, and process leave applications in accordance with company policies.
- Monitor leave utilization and generate periodic leave reports.
Employee Onboarding and Documentation
- Coordinate onboarding activities for new employees to ensure a smooth integration into the organization.
- Prepare employment contracts and onboarding documentation.
- Facilitate employee orientation and induction programs.
- Ensure all new hire documentation is complete and accurately filed.
HR Records and Compliance
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
- Update and manage statutory employee information and related documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor regulations, and internal procedures.
- Support HR audits and record verification exercises.
HR Administrative Support
- Assist in the preparation of HR reports and employee data analysis.
- Provide administrative support for HR projects and initiatives.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding attendance, leave, contracts, and HR procedures.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Human Resource Manager or HR Business Partner.
Professional Qualifications

| Human Resource Management | Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or a related field. Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources Administration or HR Operations. Experience managing attendance systems, leave administration, and employee records is preferred.
