Key Deliverables

  • Provide professional manicure and basic nail care services.
  • Apply nail polish, gel polish, and other nail products neatly and professionally.
  • Create attractive and customized nail art designs based on customers’ preferences.
  • Prepare and maintain nails before and after treatments.
  • Maintain proper hygiene and sanitation of tools, equipment, and workstations.
  • Consult with customers to understand their preferences and recommend suitable nail services.
  • Keep up with current nail trends, techniques, and designs.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming workstation.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain professionalism and adhere to the salon’s standards and procedures.

Essential Qualities

Essential Qualities
  • Minimum of SSCE/OND or relevant training in Nail Technology, Cosmetology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Nail Technician is required.
  • Good knowledge of manicure techniques, nail polish application, and nail art.
  • Strong attention to detail and creativity.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Good knowledge of hygiene and sanitation practices.
  • Ability to work efficiently and meet customers’ needs.
  • Must be neat, professional, creative, and customer-focused.
