Job Description
Responsible for marketing the hospital’s product portfolio and developing strategic relationships with corporate clients.

Job Conditions
● Work is carried Monday and Friday with occasional outreaches over the weekend
● Responsibility may call for extra hours
● May be required to work on Public Holidays and Weekends depending on work schedules
● May be exposed to biohazards during regular hospital duties
● There will be occasional travel to different organizations and communities during scheduled marketing activities e.g. health talks, community outreach and wellness programs
● Environment may be physically and emotionally demanding, working under stressful conditions
● Entitled to 21 working days leave after each complete year of service

●Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing service
●Manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects and exploring ways of improving existing products and services, and increasing revenue through enrolling new corporate clients and consultants.
●Conduct market research and analyses current market condition to determine market requirements for existing and future services.
●Monitoring and analyzing market trends and study competitors, partners and substitute products and services
●Expand and develop marketing communication platforms including social media platforms.
●Determine and manage the marketing budget and deliver marketing activity within agreed budget
●Maintaining and developing relationships with new and existing clients, developing industry linkages so that they continue to use St. Bridget Hospital services
●Generate and maintain detailed reports to track patients experience through the current process and assess gaps that may need improvement.
●Evaluate, review and report on all marketing activity and results.
●Identify and map the target customers (corporate & non-corporate).
●Plan and organize Initiatives like camps, seminars and conferences to increase service and product promotion participation and doctors’ referrals.
●Organize CMEs for promotion of the activities and services of the medical departments and specialties.
●Organize outreach programs with prospective patient communities.
●Assist in designing, printing brochures, leaflets and other hospital marketing materials.
Track leads mediated through above CMEs, camps and seminars etc. to tap new corporate tie-ups, convert referrals etc.

●Compliance with the stipulated regulations including Policies and Procedures adopted by the hospital
●Communication and enforcement of policy or procedure gaps
●Continuous training and learning on procedures and equipment
●Adherence to the rules and regulations contained in the HR Policy & Procedure Manual (Employee Handbook)
●Protect the Hospital’s reputation by not engaging in conduct which could bring it into disrepute

Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Communication/Business or related field Professional Requirements ● Certificate of Good Conduct Member - Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) K will be an added advantage Scientific Competencies Required ● Basic equipment maintenance Proficiency in computer software packages i.e. MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) At least 2 years’ experience preferably in a Hospital. ●Excellent customer service skills ●Effective communication skills - listening, oral and written ●Hard working, proactive and self-driven ●Good interpersonal skills and a team player ●Empathetic to patients of all ages ●Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision ●Problem solving, conflict resolution and crisis management skills Desire for personal development, improvement and learning |
