You will actively contribute to defining and implementing marketing initiatives. You will ensure the effective promotion of products and services, analyze market data, and work closely with the sales and service teams to achieve company objectives.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will carry out the following tasks:
1. Regarding the Development of the Marketing Strategy
Develop and execute annual marketing plans aligned with the company's business objectives.
Identify market opportunities, analyze competition and industry trends to adjust strategies.
Define target customer segments and value propositions for different products and services (construction equipment, mining equipment, generators, etc.).
2. In terms of Brand Management and Communication
Ensure consistency of the company's brand image across all communication channels.
Develop and manage marketing content (brochures, technical datasheets, presentations, case studies, videos, etc.).
Oversee public relations, press releases and external communications.
Manage the company's online presence (website, social media, SEO).
3. In terms of Lead Generation and Sales Support
Set up lead generation campaigns (digital, events, direct mail) and monitor their progress.
Develop sales support tools for the sales team (sales arguments, customer presentations).
Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand their needs and support their efforts.
4. Regarding Events and Trade Shows
Organize the company's participation in trade shows, exhibitions and customer events.
Coordinate logistics, communication and follow-up of leads generated during these events.
5. In terms of Analysis and Reporting
Measure and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend adjustments.
Manage the allocated marketing budget and optimize spending.
6. Regarding Team Management (if applicable)
Recruit, train and supervise a marketing team (if the structure allows it).
The main interfaces of the position concern internally the general management, the sales teams, the after-sales service, the technical and product service, finance, human resources as well as externally: prospects, suppliers, agency, marketing and communication, media, partners etc.
Performance indicators will include lead generation rate, cost per lead, number of qualified leads, conversion rates, revenue attributed to marketing, return on investment, traffic and engagement on digital channels, brand awareness, customer satisfaction, acquisition cost and sales cycle length, etc.
