Job Summary

• As a Marketing Associate, you will assist in the planning, execution, and evaluation of marketing campaigns, promotions, and retail activations.
• This role requires someone who is proactive, organized, and eager to learn about the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry, especially in the hygiene product care space.

• Support the implementation of offline and online marketing campaigns, including events, trade promotions, and product sampling.
• Coordinate with retailers, vendors, and field teams to ensure effective execution of marketing activities.
• Monitor competitor activity and gather feedback from field and business partners (Key distributors, wholesalers and retailers).
• Participate in planning product launches and promotional events at retail outlets.
• Conduct brand audits and market research to ensure Goonite products are perceived positively in the marketplace.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align promotional efforts with sales goals.
• Visit market locations regularly to observe brand visibility and consumer engagement.
• Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for Goonite’s diaper and sanitary product lines.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats in the market.
• Drive brand positioning, product messaging, and differentiation to resonate with target audiences.
• Conduct regular consumer surveys and focus groups to gather insights into product performance, customer preferences, and emerging trends
