Job Description

  • Campaign Execution: Assist in the creation and rollout of multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social, web, and print).
  • Lead Prospecting: Research target industries and companies to build high-quality outbound lead lists.
  • Content Support: Draft engaging copy for newsletters, blog posts, and LinkedIn updates that resonate with our target audience.
  • CRM Management: Keep our pipeline clean and updated, ensuring no lead falls through the cracks.
  • Market Research: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor moves to provide actionable insights to the leadership team.
  • Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of webinars, networking events, or trade shows.
  • Site Documentation: Visit construction sites to capture high-quality photos and videos. You will be responsible for posting daily/weekly updates to our social media and WhatsApp Business platforms.
  • Lead Coordination: Act as the first point of contact for all inquiries. You will qualify leads, respond to messages professionally, and schedule consultations for the management team.
  • Proposal Preparation: Assist in drafting and formatting project quotations, professional proposals, and company profiles.

Professional Qualifications

Industry Qualification
Business Development, Sales, Marketing and Retail Experience: 1–2 years in a marketing, sales, or administrative coordination role (experience in Real Estate or Construction is an advantage). Education: B.Sc/HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Architecture, or a related field. Stamina: You are comfortable with the "on-the-ground" nature of the construction industry.
