Role summary

• As our Marketing Manager, you'll own marketing from strategy to execution. Reporting directly to the Managing Director you'll build our brand locally, fill the pipeline with quality leads, and make solar feel simple and trustworthy to homeowners and businesses.
• This is a hands-on role with real autonomy: you'll shape our marketing, see the results in signed installations, and grow with the company.

• Plan and run campaigns across digital, social, email, and local channels
• Generate quality leads for our sales team and track them through to installation
• Create content that makes solar simple: case studies, guides, and short videos
• Manage our website, SEO, and Google Business profile
• Build local partnerships and represent us at community events
• Gather customer reviews and testimonials
• Report on results and tell us what's working
