* Gather logistical needs and support activity planning * Prepare checklists and anticipate resource requirements (transportation, rooms, equipment, etc.) * Identify constraints and alert on risks; * Coordinate the logistics of workshops, training sessions, and events * Ensure the availability of equipment and the reception of participants * Guarantee the smooth running of events and manage logistical challenges * Organize missions (transportation, accommodation, mission orders) * Coordinate logistical resources (vehicles, routes) * Track travel and archive supporting documents * Support purchase requests and monitor their processing * Check deliveries, receipts, and the conformity of goods * Ensure the traceability and archiving of purchase files * Monitor stock levels and keep records up to date * Organize the distribution of supplies * Participate in inventories and report discrepancies * Follow up Equipment and its allocation * Coordinate maintenance and report needs; * Ensure functional and secure workspaces; * Monitor logistics providers and control service quality; * Manage service documentation and report discrepancies; * Keep logistics tracking tools up to date; * Produce simple reports and prepare for audits; * Provide ad-hoc administrative support. | Procurement, Logistics , Supply Chain Management | Hold a university degree in logistics, computer science, management, or any other equivalent degree/certificate Have at least 2 years of experience in logistics management, preferably with an international NGO. Required knowledge of computer tools (Word, Excel, Explorer, Outlook, etc.) and good command of database management. A demonstrated ability to communicate (orally and in writing) in French; and in local languages A proven ability to independently anticipate solutions to interpersonal problems with minimal supervision. Having some knowledge of electricity is an asset Ability to work flexibly and respectfully in a multicultural team Stress resistance capacity Being able to manage multiple requests and obligations at the same time To be able to make good proposals for operational decisions.
