- Oversee the end-to-end billing process, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing in line with agreed terms and deadlines
- Review and validate billing data, pricing structures, and supporting documentation for completeness and accuracy
- Manage and resolve complex billing discrepancies and queries from internal and external stakeholders
- Supervise and support junior billing staff, ensuring adherence to processes and high-quality output
- Maintain and improve billing controls, processes, and documentation standards
- Perform detailed invoice reconciliations and take ownership of month-end billing activities
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure billing inputs are accurate and aligned
- Support accounts receivable processes, including collections follow-ups where required
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and financial procedures
- Contribute to process improvements and drive efficiencies within the billing function
- Assist with ad-hoc finance, reporting, and administrative tasks as needed
