  • We are looking for a responsible, neat and proactive Janitor/Props Assistant to support the smooth running and presentation of our studio.

Key Deliverables

  • Maintain a clean, neat and hygienic studio environment at all times.
  • Clean and prepare the studio before and after photography sessions.
  • Assist with setting up, arranging and changing photography props, backdrops and sets.
  • Handle props carefully and return them to their designated storage areas after use.
  • Keep props, fabrics, baskets, wraps, accessories and other studio items organised.
  • Monitor props and studio supplies and promptly report damaged, missing or low-stock items.
  • Assist with basic inventory checks and maintain proper organisation of studio materials.
  • Support the photography team during setup and breakdown of sessions when required.
  • Ensure bathrooms, waiting areas, shooting areas and other studio spaces remain presentable.
  • Assist with laundry and proper care/storage of studio fabrics, wraps and reusable materials.
  • Follow studio health, safety and cleanliness procedures.
  • Carry out other reasonable studio-support duties assigned by management.

Essential Qualities

Essential Qualities
  • Previous experience as a cleaner, janitor, studio assistant, hospitality assistant or similar role is an advantage.
  • Must be neat, organised and detail-oriented.
  • Physically fit (Age Grade 24-27)and able to move/arrange props and studio materials.
  • Must be responsible and careful with company property.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
  • Good time management and reliability.
  • Must have a proactive attitude and be willing to learn.
  • Interest in photography, styling, props or creative studio work is an added advantage.
  • Proximity is Key
