- Support and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure and systems.
- Monitor system performance, uptime, and network connectivity.
- Provide technical support to staff and resolve IT-related issues promptly.
- Support setup for digital banking channels including mobile banking, USSD, internet banking, and related platforms.
- Ensure data security, system backup, and business continuity processes.
- Monitor and escalate suspicious IT and cybersecurity incidents.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software.
- Support system upgrades, testing, and implementation of new technologies.
- Liaise with vendors and service providers on IT-related matters.
- Ensure compliance with internal IT policies and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare periodic IT support and system performance reports.
Professional Qualifications

Good communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to work under pressure and support occasional after-hours operations. |
