- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records for beverages, food items, and operational supplies
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment to avoid shortages or overstocking
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock counts and reconciliations
- Track usage patterns and identify discrepancies, shrinkage, or pilferage
- Work closely with bar, kitchen, and procurement teams to ensure efficient stock flow
- Implement and enforce inventory control procedures and best practices
- Analyze inventory data and prepare reports on stock levels, variances, and cost control
- Ensure proper storage conditions and compliance with health and safety standards
- Supervise inventory staff and coordinate stock audits
- Collaborate with management to optimize inventory costs and improve operational efficiency
