Have a comprehensive (360°) view of all the bank's processes, activities, and tools; * Master the operation of the Core Banking system and the main operational tools; * Conduct ongoing second-level controls on operational activities; * Ensure the daily recording of all control activities performed in the dedicated reporting tools, by type of transaction; * Detect probable cases of fraud and significant breaches of current procedures and instructions; * Prepare factual summaries based on the collected information and transmit them to the hierarchical manager for escalation to the Fraud and Investigation Unit in the event of proven fraud; * Draft control reports and formalize findings (major, medium, or minor) following completed controls. Communicate identified weaknesses daily to the controlled entities and ensure the effective implementation of corrective actions before finalizing reports. * Ensure the compliance of operations and the effectiveness of first-level controls, and formulate recommendations to reduce operational risks. * Ensure the application of Management instructions as well as the regulations and directives of the Central Bank of Congo, in order to avoid penalties and regulatory sanctions. * Monitor the recommendations from the various control reports and ensure the effective correction of all identified deficiencies, with the objective of full compliance. * Conduct unannounced or surprise checks of cash holdings (safes, secondary cash registers, ATMs, Payboxes, petty cash, etc.). cash management, etc.) at least once a month in the supervised branches. * Prepare cash control reports at the end of each mission and ensure, in case of discrepancies, that the required forms are completed in accordance with the discrepancy handling procedures. * Systematically archive and publish the reports in the designated areas after each control. * Update the required information in the cash reporting files.
