Key Deliverables

  • Assist with daily contract management request i.e. contract reviewing support, clarification process, contract setup in system and maintenance of complete contract databases
  • Follow up on customer obligations, making sure that the information is correctly reflected on the system.
  • Review of customer queries relating to the customer contract and alignment with management on how to manage/proceed.
  • Assistance with contract renewals, cancellations and extensions, including uploading to the contract database.
  • Day to day duties assigned in relation to the contract management.

Professional Qualifications

Industry Qualification
Finance, Accounting And Assurance Services Bachelor’s degree in finance / accounting or equivalent Ability to analyse information critically and evaluate it correctly. Broad understanding of contract management. Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with relevant stakeholders. Good knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and an affinity for data analytics User experience of SAP System is a bonus. English (Full proficiency).
